How does a photo quote work?+
Send clear photos of everything you want removed. Include stairs, elevators, and the path to our truck. We will send a price or arrange an in-person look if the photos are not enough.
Is the quote really free?+
Yes. There is no charge to submit photos or request a quote. No work begins until you approve the price.
What is included in the price?+
Your quote includes the agreed lifting, loading, hauling, and normal disposal. Heavy items, hazardous waste, or items not shown in the request may cost more or require another provider.
Do you offer same-day pickup?+
Same-day and next-day requests can be submitted, but availability is confirmed after the job details and service area are reviewed.
What can’t you take?+
We do not take hazardous chemicals, fuel, explosives, asbestos, biological or medical waste, or other regulated items through a standard booking.
Do I need to move everything outside?+
No. We can remove items from inside your home or business when the path is safe and accessible.
Can you work in condos and strata buildings?+
Yes. Tell us about elevator bookings, loading bays, concierge instructions, parking, and approved service hours during the quote.
What happens to reusable items?+
Clean, usable items may be suitable for reuse. Other materials may be recycled when a practical local option is available.
